Carsha Perkins is the Founder and CEO of HR Innovex Consulting Partners, a boutique human resources consulting firm specializing in providing personalized and tailored solutions to clients. With over 20 years of corporate HR experience, Carsha brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

Carsha holds various HR related credentials with an emphasis in Strategic  Human Resource Management, a Human Resources Law & Compliance Certificate, accredited by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB), solidifying her educational background in the field. Her extensive experience, coupled with her advanced degree, has equipped her with a deep understanding of the intricacies of human resources management.

Carsha's commitment to professional development is evident through her various accreditations. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP), a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and holds a International HR & Employee Relations certification. 

These certifications demonstrate her dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, to bring top-notch service to each client. Under Carsha's leadership, HR Innovex Consulting Partners has established itself as a trusted partner for organizations seeking to optimize their human resources functions.
