What's Included? 


Creating Investigation Plan

This step will define the scope of the investigation, including witnesses that need to be interviewed or who need to provide witness statements and any data that needs to be collected.

Developing Interview Questions

Asking the right questions in the fact-finding stage is critical to collecting the right information allowing to make the correct decision when concluding the investigation.

Conducting Interviews

This stage of the investigation is critical to ensuring fair and holistic approach to issues investigated where all parties involves as well as any witnesses will be interviewed and/or provide statements.

Reviewing of Evidence

Once the investigation has been completed all the evidence will be analysed to ensure all the information needed has been collected and no gaps in investigation exist that can result in investigation findings being challenged.

Preparing Investigation Report 

This part of the process is critical, especially when conducting the investigation as an outside consultant. The report allows the decision maker to understand the process, information considered to allow them to make decision as to the next steps. It also serves as evidence for audit purposes and in case of appeal.

Concluding Investigation

Once the investigation has been concluded, evidence considered and a report prepared, we will deliver our findings to the decision maker and hand over the process to be managed internally as per comapny's relevant policies.

  • As needed, we work with your in-house HR representative, attorney or Private Investigators to perform confidential workplace investigations regarding harassment, discrimination, retaliation, leave of absence, safety practices and injuries in the workplace, ADA violations, and more.

  • We advise management and business owners on sensitive employee relations and post-investigation strategies and recommend appropriate disciplinary or corrective action while reducing liability and risk.

  • As needed, recommend appropriate action plans that may include employee coaching, additional training, team building exercises, or if unavoidable, disciplinary action or termination. Whatever the choice, we suggest methods for solving grievances in a timely, efficient and effective manner while limiting your short and long-term exposure.

  • Serve as an Advisor or Coach for Supervisors and Management on a variety of HR/sensitive issues.

  • We assist management with performing terminations and with unemployment hearings.
