Our hourly rates for Human Resources Outsourcing, Recruiting Process Outsourcing, and HR Consulting range from $100-$200 per hour depending upon expertise. For retained search, we charge clients 20% of the candidate's first-year total annual compensation.
Can I commit to a lesser number of hours upfront and pay overages as needed?
We aim to get a close as possible to the anticipated support needed to accomplish your goals and objectives upfront. It’s helpful to secure your dedicated consultant and engagement hours in advance as we plan around client commitments and consultant availability. That said, we know things come up unexpectedly, and we are flexible scaling up or down as needed.
Do you offer a guarantee for your retained search services?
Yes. If for any reason other than position elimination, the new hire we recruited for you ends up leaving your business, we will conduct a replacement search at no additional fee within 90 days.
