IS THERE A MINIMUM CONTRACT?

Yes. The minimum term is 3 months, and thereafter it will move to a monthly renewable arrangement and can be terminated any time by giving us 2 week's notice.


HOW MANY HOURS OF CONSULTING SUPPORT DO WE GET?

We do not stipulate the number of hours of consulting support included in this package as we don't want our clients to focus on counting the hours but on running their business. This package is based on advisory support and if additional work is required to meet the desired outcome then we offer these at special rates. Likewise, if the need for advisory support is high (more than 10 hours per month) and ongoing then the best solution may be to opt for our HR Contractor service or hire a dedicated HR employee. We'll help you make the best choice for your needs.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED FURTHER SUPPORT?

If you require additional consulting support outside of the advisory service, we will discuss with you the scope of the additional support needed and agree the most optimal solution i.e. hourly rate fee or project fee. In either case, we offer special rates to our HR Expert subscribers.
